War Eagle Added to RPD

We have closed on Lot 10 with War Eagle LLC, a local development company with a great vision.
We are pleased to welcome the new River Point District landowner; the War Eagle team, a valued partner with the City Redevelopment Authority, who has commenced work on what will be a beautiful addition to downtown La Crosse. This development includes 51 units of new waterfront housing, 12,000 square feet of retail space and an aesthetically beautiful building designed by Knothe and Bruce Architects offering rooftop and patio amenities adjacent to the City’s planned parkway system and marina project.
